Vogue India Celebrated a Remarkable Second Edition of Forces of Fashion

Vogue India, the country’s leading fashion, beauty, luxury and lifestyle multi-media brand, successfully concluded the second edition of its highly anticipated Forces of Fashion event in Mumbai. Held at the Trident Hotel, Nariman Point Mumbai in association with Walkers & Co, Vedica, and Platinum Evara by PGI, the evening witnessed a thought-provoking panel discussion and celebrated the country’s Forces of Fashion.

The panellists included renowned fashion designers Anita Dongre and Masaba Gupta, acclaimed actor and fashion icon Sonam Kapoor Ahuja, and Vogue India's newly appointed Head of Editorial Content, Rochelle Pinto. The insightful discussion touched upon how India has emerged as a crucial stakeholder in the global luxury industry, the need to preserve our crafts and how sustainability can no longer be a buzzword. Vogue India also recognized 120+ trailblazing individuals as the Forces of Fashion. The list comprised a diverse set of individuals, including celebrities, designers, image makers, creatives, sustainability champions and more. Each honoree received a bespoke trophy, exemplifying their contributions to the world of fashion and beyond. The Forces of Fashion event not only honoured the creativity within the industry but also served as a platform to celebrate those sculpting its future.

“At this second edition of Forces Of Fashion, Vogue India recommits to the pursuit of excellence, to platforming Indian talent at a global level, and to crafting a brand that takes pride in its legacy, while preparing for the future. I feel humbled that the entire fashion industry turned up to show their support for our vision.”
