Zopper brings Ambrish Sinha and Abhishek Aditya on board!

Signalling its intentions to achieve the next level of evolution, Zopper, India’s largest hyperlocal marketplace, recently strengthened its leadership ranks by appointing Ambrish Sinha and Abhishek Aditya as SVP – Head of Sales and SVP – Head of Operations respectively. While Abhishek has previously been associated with Flipkart and Delhivery, Ambrish was working as Head – Third Party Distribution at Reliance Life Insurance prior to joining Zopper.

Speaking on the announcement, Mr Neeraj Jain, CEO,Zopper said, “Given the rapid growth that the hyperlocal industry has witnessed over the past year, Zopper is poised to grow with the market at an exponential rate. The appointment of two highly experienced and skilled individuals in Ambrish and Abhishek are a reflection of our ambition to make the most out of our industry dominance, and will allow us to take our business to the next level.”

I am glad to be a part of one of the most vibrant start-ups in the country, and look forward to contributing towards its success story.”Ambrish is a Graduate in Economics from Symbiosis College and has also completed his Masters in Management from Manipal. He holds extensive experience as a Business Leader in Banking, Financial Services and Insurance sector, and was associated with Reliance Life Insurance as Head – Third Party Distribution.

Abhishek Aditya added, “Zopper has created a niche for itself owing to its superior service network and impeccable business acumen. I will be looking to utilise my own years in the field of logistics & supply chain management to further improve the on-ground network and optimise the company’s operations.”

With a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering and a Masters in Industrial Engineering (Supply chain & Logistics), Abhishek has also completed a Senior Management Programme from IIM – Calcutta. He has extensive experience in Supply Chain & Logistics Management, and has previously worked with Flipkart, Nokia/Microsoft Devices, Motorola and PepsiCo.

With the two new appointments firmly on board and settling in well in the company work culture, Zopper will now be looking to optimally harness the opportunities offered by the growing hyperlocal industry. The company also recently brought in Harneet Singh Rajpal as its CBO, signalling its intentions to further solidify its grip on the Indian market.
