In conversation with Adgully, Md Badshah Ansari, Co-founder, Teamology Softech and Media Services, speaks about his journey as an entrepreneur, building a long-term career in Public Relations, and more.

What particular skill sets do you think you bring to the table?

As a co-founder, I think I bring a unique combination of strategic thinking, leadership, creativity, and communication skills to the table. My experience in building and managing successful teams, developing and executing effective PR campaigns, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders has helped me to deliver results and build a strong reputation in the industry.

How did you join your current organisation?

I joined this venture along with my partner after recognising a need in the market for a PR agency that focused on delivering customised solutions to clients. We pooled our resources, knowledge, and experience to build a team of talented PR professionals and offer a wide range of services to our clients, and we continue to work together to grow and evolve the agency.

What are the five most productive things that you do in your everyday routine?

Some of the most productive things that I do in my everyday routine include:

  • Setting priorities and day-to-day goals
  • Meeting with team members to discuss projects and progress
  • Reviewing and analysing metrics to measure the effectiveness of PR campaigns
  • Building relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and news

Do you think a career in this field is a viable one in the long term?

Yes, I believe that a career in the PR field is a viable one in the long term. As long as there are businesses and organisations that need to communicate with their audiences, there will be a need for PR professionals to help them do so effectively. The industry is constantly evolving, and those who are willing to adapt and learn new skills will be well-positioned for long-term success.

What does it take to succeed in a career?

I think continuous learning is the key factor for a successful career. In order to stay ahead of the curve, it is important to be a lifelong learner, seeking out new skills, knowledge, and experiences that can help you to grow and develop in your career.

What would be your advice to youngsters planning to enter this industry?

I have found that over the years, making mistakes has taught me a lot. I would advise the upcoming professionals to critically examine before undertaking any project and always listen to your mentor for their advice. Nurture your skills and always keep a room for improvement to become a better version of yourself.

Where do you see yourself in five years’ time?

In five years’ time, I see myself continuing to build and grow, expanding our services and client base, and working on innovative projects that help our clients achieve their goals.

Is there any organisation that you would like to work with in the future?

We are always looking for new and exciting opportunities to work with organisations that share our values and vision. We are open to working with a wide range of organisations across industries and sectors and help them achieve desired results.
