INMA honours 5 Indian publications!

Five Indian publications were awarded in various categories at the International News Media Marketing Association (INMA) Awards 2011, held in New York on May 17, 2011. The publications included The Times of India, Dainik Jagran, Mint, Mid Day and i-Next.

Jagran Prakashan Ltd (JPL) won the highest number of awards among organisations worldwide with six awards. Mid Day won two bronze awards in two categories. The Times of India and Mint won one award each while i-Next received three awards in two categories.

I-Next bagged the awards in two categories; first place in "Marketing Solutions for Advertising Clients' and third place in "Brand Awareness across Platforms' for its large-scale activations Bikeathon. Fresh N' Crazy got them the second place in "Brand Awareness across Platforms.'

The global recipients of INMA Awards, apart from Indian newspapers included New York Times, Sydney Morning Herald, USA Today, South China Morning Post (China), and Straits Times (Singapore), among others.
