Majestic Research Services and Solutions  Ltd. (MRSS INDIA), a leading digital  Market Research Agency in India has announced Financial results for the First  Half Year Ended September 30,2015 on November 5th  2015 at 5 pm IST from its Corporate Office in Mumbai.  The results are also available on www.mrssindia.com.

The unaudited Standalone results for the half year ended September 30^th 2015 : During the first half year under review, Operating revenue of the Company was Rs. 53,947,076 as compared to Rs. 55,076,925 in the previous whole year 2014-15. The Company earned a half year profit after tax of Rs. 77.21 Lac as compared to Rs. 53.29 Lac in the previous year 2014 - 15.

In accordance to SEBI guidelines, the exchange has reviewed the lot size of Majestic Research Services and Solutions Ltd. (Scrip Name – MRSS, Scrip Code – 539229) from 10,000 shares to 5,000 shares. The effective date of the share lot revision will be from Thursday, November 5th 2015.
