Meta incentivizes creators through reel monetization

All of the main platforms are attempting to build the most compelling creator monetization plans in order to ensure that top stars continue to post to their apps, with short-form video now the fundamental battleground for social media attention.

YouTube already has its Partner programme, which serves as a supplement to Shorts, as well as its Shorts Fund, and TikTok has just revealed its first steps toward a revenue-sharing program for top producers.

Meta is sweetening the deal for Reels with an update to its Reels Play Bonus program, which will restructure its payouts process, as well as a new 'Challenges' option for Facebook Reels, which will give you more possibilities to make money from your short movies.
