Taproot and JWT to share the creative duties for PepsiCo

PepsiCo India has confirmed signing Taproot India as specialist creative agency. Now, Pepsi has 2 creative agencies ' Taproot and JWT on board.

In October last year, PepsiCo has chosen the creative agency Taproot India to manage the ICC World Cup 2011 campaigns for the brand Pepsi.Taproot India handled the assignment single-handedly, and independently planned and implemented the creative campaign. The agency had independently pitched to the client. The campaign titled - Change the Game got a tremendous response. Since then, there were talks within PepsiCo India to get the agency on board as its regular specialist creative agency for the brands Pepsi.

A statement released by PepsiCo India, read, "Pepsi's campaigns have always given voice to the youth's point of view and reflected their passions. As a brand, it inspires great creativity amongst the advertising fraternity. At Pepsi, we are delighted to have two of the finest teams in the advertising fraternity, JWT and Taproot on board to develop creative campaigns that will connect with the youth and Change the Game".
