ACB to webcast EMVIEs 2011 live on website

Today in a grand event Ad Club Bombay is all set to declare the winners of the EMVIEs 2011 in Mumbai. To add to all the noise and cheery screams, this year, the Ad Club will be webcasting the awards ceremony live on their website (www.adclubbombay.com) starting 6.30 pm onwards.

The aggregate of 717 entries received this year for the Emvies is the highest ever received by the Ad Club in the 11 years of organising the event. The entries were judged by 80 media professionals across 19 categories on July 21, 25 and 26 in Mumbai.

The Advertising Club Bombay received a record number of entries at Emvies this year. The aggregate of 717 entries is the highest ever received by the Ad Club in eleven years of organizing EMVIES.

These entries were judged by 80 topnotch media professionals across 19 categories on 21stt, 25th, and 26th July, 2011 at the Mayfair Rooms.

Based on the aggregate scores assigned by the 80 Media professionals the EMVIES Committee at the Ad Club shortlisted 118 Case Studies that were presented at Welingkars from Tuesday 16th, August to Thursday 18th August, 2011. The case study presentations were also live webcasted on ACB's official website.

The agencies topping the shortlists include names like Mindshare (with 33 entries), Lodestar (with 22 entries), Maxus (with 20 entries), Madison Media Infinity (with nine entries), Mudra Max (with eight entries) and Media Com (with seven entries).
