Fever 104 FM launches a new contest for listeners

This interesting contest involves listeners having to guess everyday sounds which are simple, however, when amplified pose quite an interesting challenge to the listeners, and needless to say has them hooked on to the station. If the listeners guess the sound correctly, they get a chance to win cash prizes.

S Keerthivasan, Business Head, Fever 104 FM, said, "Our listeners have repeatedly told us that in addition to our music, they love our contests in terms of both creativity and innovation. So here we are, with yet another, interactive contest for listeners to take part in and be rewarded for. I am confident that Secret Sounds will be a whole lot of fun for all those who participate."

The contest has gone on air from 19th July, 2010 to 6th August, 2010 and is called Sun Dilli Sun in Delhi, Sun Mumbai Sun in Mumbai, Kelu Guru Kelu in Bengaluru and Shono Kolkata Shono in Kolkata. Listeners can register via SMS to participate in the contest. If their guess is right, they get to win a minimum cash prize (Rs.5000/-). For every time that the sound is not guessed correctly, more cash is added to the kitty which will keep increasing if the sound goes to the next hour and even the next day sometimes.
