Weekend Exclusive | I have loved each and every moment of my life: TV Actor, Aasiya Kazi

Aasiya Kazi, the television actress is being praised again in Imagine's DJ Creative Unit's show Dharampatni, which is based on the love story of Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi and Kasturba. Aasiya shot to fame with her debut drama show "Bandini'. Aasiya, a young teenager holds a lot of appreciation from her past roles. A part from all the daily soaps, Aasiya would love to be a part of reality show, especially a dance based reality show.

In an exclusive chat with Adgully, Aasiya Kazi, spoke about her life, career and much more.

Telling us about the character she plays in the show, she said, "I am playing the lead role in the show, by the name Kastur." Kastur is a very family oriented girl and ideal wife, a typical Dharam patni. | By Aanchal Kohli [aanchal(at)adgully.com]

Aasiya has been playing different kinds of roles in the three shows she has worked in. In Bandani, she played a young girl married to a man almost twice her age; in Matti ki Banno, she was seen in an all-new avatar playing challenging role of Saudamani. She says, "I have always been playing different roles. Be it some negative shades in Matti ki Banno or a typical dutiful wife in Dharampatni."

A complete contrast of her reel characters, Aasiya is a fun loving person at heart in real life. She loves sleeping and hanging out with friends. With no plans in mind for future serials, she is wholly and solely focused towards her current project.

She says,"I am open for all kind of projects, reality shows as well. But now I just want to concentrate on Dharampatni and of course if any such project comes I will go for it."

Lastly, speaking about the key high points in her life and career, she said, "I have enjoyed each and every moment. Saudamini character was very much appreciated by the people."

Aasiya Kazi, a student of arts, is gearing up and is all set to live her life. She marked her presence with two different and appreciated roles till now and is doing really well in her current show.
